BizzPocket Technologies Private Limited ("BizzPocket") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing e-commerce storefront infrastructure to independent businesses ("Merchants"). This Shipping & Delivery Policy clarifies the delivery processes for our digital SaaS products and the role of BizzPocket in the delivery of physical goods ordered from Merchant storefronts.

Part A: Delivery of BizzPocket SaaS Services (For Merchants)

1. Digital Service Delivery

  • Instant Activation: Upon successful payment, your BizzPocket subscription plan is activated instantly. Premium features become available immediately in your seller dashboard.
  • Account Access: You will receive an email confirmation at your registered email address. No physical delivery is involved.
  • Custom Domain Setup: If your plan includes custom domain support, DNS configuration may take up to 24-48 hours to propagate globally. Free SSL certificates are provisioned automatically.
  • Theme Deployment: Selected store themes are deployed to your storefront within seconds of selection. Theme customizations are saved and published in real-time.

2. Service Availability

  • BizzPocket targets 99.9% uptime for all hosted storefronts and the seller dashboard.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email and dashboard notification.
  • In the event of unscheduled downtime, our engineering team aims to restore services within 4 hours. Status updates will be provided via our support channels.

Part B: Shipping of Physical Goods (For Buyers)

3. BizzPocket's Role in Physical Shipping

BizzPocket does not inventory, package, or ship any physical products. Each Merchant operating a BizzPocket-powered storefront is independently responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders to Buyers. BizzPocket's role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure that connects Merchants with logistics partners.

4. Integrated Logistics Partners

BizzPocket offers technical integrations with the following logistics providers to facilitate order fulfillment for Merchants:

  • Shiprocket: Access to 25+ courier partners, covering 29,000+ pin codes across India. Features include automated carrier selection, label generation, and real-time tracking.
  • Delhivery: Pan-India delivery with COD support, reverse logistics, and express delivery options.
  • Other Partners: Additional courier services as integrated from time to time.

While BizzPocket facilitates these technical integrations, the actual shipping contract exists between the Merchant and the logistics provider. BizzPocket is not a party to this shipping agreement and assumes no liability for shipping performance, delays, or losses.

5. Shipping Rates, Timelines & Policies

  • Rates: Shipping rates are determined entirely by the individual Merchant based on their logistics agreements. Merchants may offer free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or weight/distance-based shipping at their discretion.
  • Timelines: Estimated delivery times depend on the Merchant's location, the Buyer's delivery address, the courier partner selected, and product availability. BizzPocket does not guarantee any specific delivery timeline.
  • Policies: Each Merchant sets their own shipping terms. Buyers should review the shipping policy displayed on the Merchant's storefront before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once a Merchant dispatches an order, a tracking number (AWB) and tracking link are generated through the integrated logistics partner.
  • Buyers may receive automated tracking updates via email or SMS, depending on the Merchant's configured notification settings.
  • For tracking inquiries, Buyers should contact the Merchant or use the tracking link provided in the order confirmation.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability is determined by the Merchant and the courier partner's serviceability for the Buyer's pin code.
  • COD orders may be subject to additional charges as determined by the Merchant.
  • COD remittance to Merchants is handled by the logistics provider according to their settlement terms, not by BizzPocket.

8. International Shipping

BizzPocket currently supports domestic shipping within India. International shipping availability depends on the individual Merchant's logistics arrangements and is not facilitated through BizzPocket's standard integrations. Merchants wishing to ship internationally must arrange their own logistics and comply with applicable customs and export regulations.

9. Shipping Disputes & Liability

  • Any disputes regarding delayed shipments, lost packages, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Merchant.
  • BizzPocket assumes no liability for the fulfillment, delivery, or condition of physical goods purchased through Merchant storefronts.
  • If a Merchant fails to fulfill an order, Buyers may exercise their rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
  • Merchants are responsible for maintaining adequate shipping insurance where appropriate.
